POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Policies and Procedures: 

 

 ·     Studio waivers and fees must be signed and submitted prior to classes beginning. 

·      Registration Fee - $25 a student or $30 for a family is a non-refundable registration fee that is required upon registration.

·      Withdrawal/refund policy – no refund on payments already made.  No refunds for student absences.  We ask that you inform us at least 24 hrs in advance if a student will be absent at thedancecomplex@hotmail.com 

·      Should there be a forced closure of any kind, classes will be provided in the most functional means possible

·      Students shall adhere to the dress code and bring as little into the facility as possible.

·      Dancers who exhibit: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or pneumonia are asked to be at least 24 hours symptom free before returning back to dance.

·     All staff and students will be treated with respect and dignity. Understanding that the goal of dance, and this community is to foster inclusion and dance training for all who walk in the door. 

·     Monthly fees are due at the 1st of the month. Term fees are due upon registration, January 1st and April 1st. Tuition remains due regardless of attendance.

·     A viewing week is provided for parents to view dancer's progress. For very young dancers, parents are encouraged to participate in the dance class and fade themselves out over time with teacher direction.
