POLICIES & PROCEDURES

·      Studio waivers and fees must be signed and submitted prior to classes beginning. 

·      Registration Fee - $25 a student or $30 for a family is a non-refundable registration fee that is required upon registration.

·      Withdrawal/refund policy – no refund on payments already made.  No refunds for student absences.  We ask that you inform us at least 24 hrs in advance if a student will be absent at thedancecomplex@hotmail.com 

·      Should there be a forced closure of any kind, classes will be provided in the most functional means possible

·      Students shall adhere to the dress code and bring as little into the facility as possible.

·      Dancers who exhibit: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or pneumonia are asked to be at least 24 hours symptom free before returning back to dance.
